It is not impossible I was in drugs since 17 to 45 and I changed my life so it’s not impossible to quit drugs people just got to want it ❤

Wow. I can’t believe how vulnerable and honest you were in this video and it resonated with me more than you can ever know. Thank you for sharing your true self. You are so brave and beautiful. I also have very bad anemia requiring actual blood transfusions. I didn’t even think that my body is starving and that’s probably why I crave certain things. And I’m facing a very long hospitalization so I appreciate you saying to just appreciate not being in the hospital. I know. Thank you for making me feel like I’m not the only one. Hi Alegra 👋 This is so crazy! I was just talking to my godmother about my body issues and triggers because someone was commenting on my baby niece's weight (she's 9 months old). My grandmother used to tell me I'd be so pretty if I lost weight and that I'd never be married unless I lost weight. Adults can be messed up!!!

Wow, that's so awful! I'm so sorry that you had to go through that. It really shapes your reality and when you're little, you don't know better and you just believe it as true and then it becomes true a lot of times. So awful. I don't know why people would do that. I can't imagine why anybody would say that to a baby Especially in nine month old baby but crazy as it sounds. I have heard people say that to infants too! And these are people that are professionals, teachers..you wouldn't believe or expect it from them! you expect that kind of talk for maybe somebody crazy, senile I don't know what but these people seem very normal and they come out with the worst comments And for some reason, just wanting to tell people they're fat and fat shame them it's just horrible!

I call myself fat all the time bc I'm a size 4 now & not a 2 but it becomes tougher to do a long fast once you are fasting & dry fasting daily for a coupla decades. Do I believe it objectively - ofc not. Gandhi had a woman bring her son to him to ask the great guru to help her son get off sugar. She kept coming back frustrated, then three days later, Gandhi looked at the boy & said Stop eating sugar. The mother gasped & said Why didn't you say that before? Gandhiji replied Three days ago I had not stopped eating sugar - LOL!! It took me a day to stop but I still treat myself to the real thing, not aspartame which is straight up poison. Love God, love & bless your body, program it to burn fat faster, thank it, repeat. Much love gorgeous one, sending blessings to you!!
