I patrolled Afghanistan in these boots. Still got them. Still my favourite to this day.

Great to hear that but somehow mine doesn't seem to work for me.

Belleville is a quality boot, I have had about 7 of them including the same one you have, and have been happy with the brand. I have turned my brother onto the boot, and he wears them for work.

The Belleville boots do run About a half inch to a full size big. I believe so does Altama. Kind of tricky sizing on U.S. boots. I have a pair of Belleville boots. I use them for work. Very nice boots. I have a pair of McRae Terrassault on the way for a lighter option, waiting for those.

O the altima is the boot the army was wearing like 30yrs ago, the are hard on your feet. The belleville is more modern boot and much more forgiving on your feet.

Brown Bear can't deny that but altama boots are a lot more well made than belleville boots. Will see how the belleville hold up.

Hi. Legs get tired in Altama boots. If you walk in them on stones or asphalt?
@TheKampongKid4 жыл бұрын
Not sure if your altama boots are made in the USA because after they were bought by Original Co footwear, the boots are now made in somewhere else. The ones that I had were made in USA and I had them on asphalt, concrete, sand, dirt, mountains, etc and they rock amazing.

i like how clean and simple that room is. also im looking into those boots. how have they held up? how comfortable are they for long hikes and what not?
@TheKampongKid5 жыл бұрын
Hey, haha first compliment I get on that room. It's a Japanese style room with traditional straw mats (tatami). Looking to sell these boots that I have only worn less than 5 times, boots are a little oversized for me so they hurt when fully laced up. Will not recommend these boots, the spine of the boots are soft and offers no support. Canvas material is thin and will not hold up. For hikes or outdoor adventures, I use the Asolo Fugitive GTX, great boots!

My old beat up Altamas was made in the USA and the new ones are made outside USA, not quite the same quality
