I am in subsidized. Housing. Just a two bedroom apartment. I get three months max outside my apartment and then thrown out. Their big, beautiful tax break costs yymore than my rent. What they are paying vs what they should be paying should have them in lower end middle class 2.1. Will they be penalized? Will the realtors be penalized? Of course not. My apartment gets invaded regularly, but just try and get something fixed.
