Hey Aaron I finally bought the Venture Duffel 40L in Nightsky for $120. Bellroy has discontinued the Nightsky and the Midnight colorway for this duffel. Major steal and my first ever Bellroy product 😉

I have the Transit Workpack in NightSky Blue and the Venture Duffel in Ranger Green as they were both heavily reduced like 30-40%. Love them both. Also got a free Market Tote for the wife.

Is there any structure to the duffel? I’ve had some nice lightweight duffels (currently using the Matador Freefly Duffel) but the lack of structure and how every single thing in the bag pokes out to make an uncomfortable carry is quite frustrating 😅

none, it's meant to be lightweight. Check out the Peak Design Duffel, Evergoods Duffel and Monarc Duffel for more padding

Hey - great review/s! Which one would you pick between the Venture & Lite Duffel (ignoring the capacity difference)? Im torn. Leaning towards the Venture as it appears to be the more premium(?) bag but i do like the few extra storage options on the Lite ... Current offers mean the venture is only slightly more expensive at the minute so cost doesn't influence the decision.

In my opinion If you’ve just got clothes and stuff in there it should be fine, but if you have fragile gear that needs protecting than maybe not so much as this bag is very light and doesn’t have much padding

How would you compare it to the classic weekender 35L? I'm torn between these two as a everyday gym bag with the occasional overnight packing use etc. Venture duffel looks quite unstructured, not sure how it'll deal with carrying a metal chain Dip belt. There doesnt seem like there are many reviews on the Bellroy Classic weekender atm
