assembled the plate loaded version of the all-in-one from Bells of steel using this video and it went smoothly. Shout out to Ryan and Andrew for the great job on explaining the process. Assembling alone made it a little more challenging but not impossible. A little trick when bolting the two rods, place a small 2 x 4 inch piece of wood under the base to raise it high enough off the floor to place the bolts underneath and tighten. The all-in-one is a kick-ass home gym. Teamed up with the lever arm attachment it offers a plethora of exercises. Fit perfectly in my unfinished home basement gym. There are two holes in the top of the frame the rods bolt into, I used two 3/8" bolts to bolt a support to secure the machine to the ceiling joist to prevent the risk of the unit tipping. Bolting to the floor for me was not an option. Bells of steel has a winner on their hands with this all-in-one home gym !

Bells of Steel will do well . The equipment looks top of the line and people are quitting the joke gyms and building at home gyms. Good instructional video!

Just finished assembling my weight stack all in one trainer and with the help of this video got it all unboxed assembled and trash thrown out in about 2.5 hrs. Just my two cents but getting a ratcheting 17mm wrench along makes all the tight spots super easy to tighten up. Looking foward to my training with this awesome looking set up

Is the assembly similar for the plate loaded version? You don't have a specific video for that one.

Should I grease or oil the pulleys or pulley bolts before installing?
@BELLSOFSTEELАй бұрын
That's not required.
@jocelynrioux53715 ай бұрын
It seems like my plates don't slide well on the driver bars (part#39) are they supposed to be oiled like the front pulley slider(Part#40)? When I pull with 10lb, the weights do not go back down on there own.
@BELLSOFSTEEL5 ай бұрын
With 10lb plates it should definitely go back on it's own. Please make a video of this and send it to our support team so they can help you troubleshoot. support@bellsofsteel.com

@@BELLSOFSTEEL I'm having the same issue but trying to send a video from my phone through email leaves me only about 6 seconds of video before the file is "too big" to attach as an email. Any chance you could figure out if O.P was able to fix this issue and how it was fixed?

@@BlackWat3rGTR yes, They told me to put silicone lube. Get yourself some WD-40 Silicone lube And apply it with a towel Runs smooth now. Also I found that after using it for a while it seems to get smoother

I really appreciate this video! Will you also make a video for the plate loaded version? Thanks!
@BELLSOFSTEEL8 ай бұрын
We'll add it to the list of assemblies to film! Unfortunately, due to staffing and lack of space in the showroom, we can only film so many. However, the goal is to have an assembly video for all major products down the road.

@@BELLSOFSTEEL can I also use this video to assemble the plate loaded unit?
@Del074Ай бұрын
Hello I was wondering if I would be able to assemble this in a basement with 81.5 inch ceilings. Seems like it would be a close fit and some of the steps looks like you would need more ceiling height to put together.
@BELLSOFSTEELАй бұрын
Most likely not You'll need a clearance of at least 2-3 inches to slip the top portion of the trainer into the upright bars.

So inserting the pin from the back is the official recommendation?
@b22848 ай бұрын
everything I have seen makes it the easiest way to go. I got the plate loaded version myself but I did see the review that Gluck's Gym did last week and he had mentioned it makes the most sense to have it on the back as well.

Do you tighten the #6 bolts on the pulleys or leave it loose. I tightened them but notice the movements on the cables are not as smooth as I would like.
@thiccchungus5887 ай бұрын
@@ericsehn4029 I have a very slight wiggle in mine, but in my experience, the "unsmoothness" comes from the dogshit factory lube on the weight stack guide rods. I added some silicone based lubricant to them and it's super smooth now 👍

Dude this just took me forever to get the bolts to fit, I literally had to bend out the metal. My entire machine came bent in a lot of areas too so I spent more than an hour just trying to bend metal just to make pulleys fit…
