I bought this machine 3 months ago. I have a basement with a short ceiling and this was the only functional trainer that was short enough to fit. It is complete durable, stable, and well designed. NOT ONLY is it a functional trainer, the fact that I can use a straight bar for bench and squats makes this one-of-one in the market based on it's smaller size and affordability. Does not take up a lot of space. I would recommend this to anyone

Yes you can do a lot of exercises but you actually have to purchase those attachments like the jammer arms and dips as they don't come WITH the functional trainer. Cheers mate!

Good morning. Big fan, but I am 6 foot. Will you build a all in one for taller people. For this reason I am looking at the maxum, but don’t want to spend $4000

@@markstephens2709 look at the pulldown @1:53 IMO too much horizontal travel for a pulldown. I’m in the same spot and I’m only 5’11”

Not true at all. I'm 6'4" and i don't have any height issues. Only thing a taller person may need and it's a simply fix iv'e done it just add some sort of cable extension and you'll be fine. You can order from Amazon or add extra carabiners

This thing looks awesome. I have a couple suggestions. 1 )Make the low pulley height adjustable so rows can be done on the floor or on the bench. 2) Make an option for a longer uprights. 3) Make some longer spotter arms that have a kickstand so I can confidently squat heavy.

Good call! Definitely something for us to keep in mind when we do revisions to a newer version

This with 3x3 uprights, a 300lbs stack, and a higher low row with a foot plate would be incredibly competitive with options like the Rep Ares and Fringe Sport Dane for significantly less money; as is I'm likely going to pick this up over the upcoming Rogue FML-HR based on price alone, but I am a bit concerned about how light-duty this seems to be in comparison.
@BELLSOFSTEEL6 ай бұрын
Good to hear! While it is a ligher duty 2.3" upright, it's still 11 gauge steel, plenty solid enough for most.

Cable squat attachment, leg extension and lat pull down seat with leg pad would be good additions

What is that seat attachment called that he uses for lat pulldown?
@BELLSOFSTEEL25 күн бұрын
That's simply the lat pulldown bar, it's included with the all-in-one. We also sell pulldown bars on our website
@thesilvermerlin17135 ай бұрын
@BellsOfSteel love your stuff but when it comes to this and the cable tower, you might want to consider a slightly taller option. Have a look @1:53 the pulldown has too much horizontal movement imo. I’m only 5’11” and I can’t do a proper pull down on my cable tower due to lack of ROM.

Thanks for the feedback! It's definitely something for us to consider in the next iteration

@@BELLSOFSTEELwhy don't you guys make a tower extension that locks in on one upright? Hooks in to stack and gives you 12 inches more height. The units are far too short.

In one clip, Bruce is using what looks like the Y Dip Bar attachment as a sort of triceps pushdown extension. How does that function work? Is it a special B.o.S. Y dip bar attahment?

I would really like to get some answers about this setup too. Reminds me of dip cable machines at the gym that let you progressively overload.

@@crispy4444 I can't be 100% sure, but I did some digging and it looks like its possible at 2:01 the Y-dip bar is attached upside-down to allow it to pivot. Don't know for sure as I don't own this product, but if so, crazy intuitive on their part for the video. Upside-down dip bar with some cable attachment hookup.

could you show an incline press with perhaps the monolift attachment? The one complaint from reviewers is that you can't get the bench back far enough for an incline press but perhaps with a monolift it may work?

I just do incline off of the spotter arms. I use them like long j-cups. It works great. Just have to have some plates on the weight storage horns and the trolley. I should have gotten it with the weight stack .It’s a great piece of engineering .If I had the money and space I would have a $100,000 gym but I don’t, I have a small backyard and the BELLS ALL IN ONE and I think I’m just as happy.
