Belt Sander with bicycle axle at the top DIY 2"x 42"

Hey Ronnie! Stumbled upon this as I was checking out your video on carb cleaning......what a great idea for a belt sander!...One question? Is the main body 22 1/2" with or without the added top piece? I'm sure I'll have other questions as collect the necessary iron to build one. Thanks man!, great idea.

Yes, 22.5" main body and 23" to the top of the tensioner lever. This sander is a beast and will move some metal/wood with quickness.... Good luck!

I alsp found this while checking out that sexy Holly. Have a 800dp that desperately needs a bath. Where do you buy the 2x42in belts? Cant find them
