Yeah, in hindsignt, they probably should have known. Jack Lemmon too was from Boston, and too was a Harvard alumni. The two connections shared with those two young kids (Affleck didn't attend Harvard, but Damon did, and Affleck has generations of ties with that university). For many reasons I considered Ben Affleck as my favourite Hollywood personality somehow a role model to being successful person. He is indeed awesome, especially for being a screenwriter and a director. Till now Ben Affleck considered the most youngest Oscar Winner at writing category. By then he is 25 and Matt Damon is 27. He is college drop out whom never give up in his life, rose to success and fame with Good Will Hunting script.
