@@evan5045you are a wrestling casual, ben askren is a better wrestler than fighter and is known for being a funk style wrestler. Also watching Russians doesn’t do jack shit learning folkstyle moves they train predominantly freestyle you would’ve known that if you actually knew what you were talking about.

You can do it if you're standing. Also, you can lock your hand for cradles. It's illegal to do it if you have the person down and you just lock your hands.
