Rik and Ben changed hairstyles somewhere in the early 90s, lol. Fuzzy Baby Rik (aka his style in the 80s) forever has my heart

I really love how easily Rik can change from mellow to lunatic :L He's amazing in every possible way

I love how quick they are to include their absent cohorts in the conversation. It's shows a real warmth and respect for the part they all played in each other's blossoming careers.

Aw this interview's quite good cos its rare to find one from his earlier days where Rik looks relatively relaxed. And as if he actually wore red pointy shoes! I like that :D

The new project they discuss ended up being "Filthy Rich and Catflap, and it never lived up to it's expectation, although the young ones was a very hard act to follow!

Absolutely brilliant. FRC is comedy genius and I am very proud of the fact that I'm one of the eight people who like it. Anyone who doesn't like it is really missing out, missus. I watched it so many times I bet I use a line from it every day of my life. Sad git.

The 'Nole's' episode was the funniest 30 minutes I've ever seen on TV. Just a shame it was never repeated and lots of the scenes were removed from the DVD.

My mum's cousin David Sugarman was best friends with Rik Mayall and Ade Edmondson (Suppose Ben Elton too) when at university with them in Manchester. He taught Rik how to play Greensleeves on piano apparently. A couple of months ago he held a 40 year reunion with a load of them in Manchester, including Ade. He told me that unfortunately Rik Mayall won't be there for it and was a good friend of his. Bloody crazy this is. My favorite program when I was in my early teens was Bottom, didn't know at the time my mum's cousin was friends with them though, found out later and totally amazed obviously. My mum's 2nd cousin is Maureen Lipman as well, but now I'm just showing off.

You put this comment on every Rik interview. Are you just trying to get likes?
@PEGGLORE4 жыл бұрын
@@JackSmith-kp2vs Thought I only did it for about 2 or 3. Surely not every one. You must watch alot of them to notice. Well done for noticing. I'm connected to some pretty crazy shit, but this is probably my personal favourite. Not really for likes, just to let ppl know my connection that they may wish they had as it means alot to me due to how much I like them at the time I found out. My mum's 2nd cousin is Maureen Lipman as well did you know. I mentioned that on a couple of her videos I think. The OLogy British Telecom one I think you'll definitely see my comment.

And now I'm connected to Richard Curtis and have to contact him to help raise awareness of my dire life situation and get him to make my bizarre life-story into his final film. I was the reserve choir-boy in his 1st film '4 Weddings and a Funeral'. My school friends were in the film. I wasn't. Been bitter over 25 years about that. I connected to David Walliams I discover recently as well. He grew up a mile from me. went to the same school I went to when I was a kid. He then went to the big school opposite the school I went to after that school, which is 10 miles away in the other direction. My school being the one that was in the film. I play this Scrabble game online now. I told my opponent in the game about my recent connection to David Walliams, how my school was in the film. Bitter over 25 years etc.. She then randomly says straight after that I won't like knowing how she knows Richard Curtis. You What!? She lives in Australia now, but used to live near to me in London 15 years ago. At that time she dated Richard Curtis's nephew. she even stayed at his Cotswold home and is the most humble man she's met. How the Hell that just happen?
