The blame for the cyprus problem lies first with Great Britain and then with Turkey and Greece ,

This happened because Makarios was a religious man and he didn't allow USA to build bases in Cyprus so America gave permission to Turkey to invade so they could build US bases on the Turkish side. Once again, US diplomacy failed and they caused war. How the British allowed this to happen is beyond me. If only Makarious said how many US bases do you want and cyprus would still be whole

This happened because Cyprus wanted enosis with Greece and didn’t want to take part in the anti colonial movement against Britain turkey found an opportunity and took half of Cyprus for illegal “peace” reasons

Yes it's fenced off and patrolled by a multinational peacekeeping force, however permissions can be obtained through the UN!

So biased I think you need to listen to what really happened the Turks didn’t invade we needed them to save us the Turkish Cypriots we had no weapons at all they were killing us since 1963 if not before so listen to both sides WE EXIST AND ALWAYS WILL
