yes I'm left wondering if they abseiled down ... whenever I've trekked there is always a return journey? Interesting series so glad I explored many countries, trekked, caved, camped from Kathmandu to London and back again through the Middle East. Immersing myself in nature brings balance and calm!

I hope u all know that if someone gets altitude sickness, hydrate & DESCEND….it can be fatal, as it was for a young hiker with a group in Colorado… who went to bed sick, and died. It is no joke.

Chimborazo is a volcano in Ecuador and does not have such ancient Ruins !!!

It is actually the highest mountain in the world as well! If you measure from the center of the earth it is much higher than Everest! Also actually there are Ruins are the flanks of the mountain.
