A simple martini, why is it so complicated…Basic template: 1.5 oz gin or vodka; .5-.75 oz of dry vermouth; dash or two of orange bitters (optional), and STIR, never shake, as it’s all sprints (no juice, dairy, etc.),…stir for 30-45 sec. Julep stain into a coupe or nick/nora glass…Garnish with either a lemon peel or a green olive…Very easy…Adam, if your ever in Bay Area, drop me a line, I have a full bar and know how to work it…👍🏽

I mean, I'm sure Adam would be loath to go to Downtown LA, lol, but I went there a few years ago to the Westin Hotel, which has a rotating restaurant on top, and we just drank martinis for an hour or two, and it was decent prices (like, if I can afford it, lol, Carolla definitely can, haha) and consistently solid pours. Can't be the only place in LA (although my friend who brought me is a local and in the know about such things, as he's a big martini guy).
