Not trying to exclude the other haggards. We love them all. I’m referring to the future of country music. Being the youngest, Ben is carrying the torch in a time where country is manufactured and superficial. Ben will carry the torch long after Marty and Noel. I see Ben as one of the few real remaining country artists among Sturgill Simpson and Tyler.

Hey Mark, as far as I know there are shows booked for Merle’s birthday but not much else currently. Corsicana, TX on April 4th and Greenville, TX April 6th. Please come say hi if you attend. We will be there on front row for both shows.

Ben is really good and his Dad would have been proud but Ben you ought to be playing a Tele. That Ibanez is a good guitar but the Telecasters sound better. Especially the Old one you have and the Tough Dog Teles. James.
