I absolutely love how Ben and Noel sing together. They are so talented and they can certainly bring a warm feeling over you when they sing. Please Please Please don't think that this is an insult about their performance or talent but,,, I used to love getting all dressed up in my favourite good clothes when I would go out for a night. I wish that Ben and Noel could dress in a way that makes it look like they aren't just doing a sound check. They look depressed in their performance instead of getting a bit of joy from the crowd who paid good money to see them perform. I am not talking about glittery studs and 10 gallon hats. I love what Ben told Bill Anderson when he was asked if he let Merle hear him playing his guitar.. He said I didn't want him to hear me.. He said he's my dad and I wanted to know what he thought in one sense but he was Merle Haggard and I was happy if he didn't hear me.. When Merle did hear him he called Bens brother and asked him if he had heard him and Merle said Ben is playing the hell out of his guitar.. I'd say he liked what he heard
