I started watching Zach a few years ago on TickTock. I knew then that he had something to bring to the industry, something that hadn’t been brought in a long time. I’m sure glad to see he’s getting noticed and bringing that sound back to country music.

This has now officially become my lullaby. This and Ben’s cover of Long Black Veil❤ when I was a little girl my dad listened to Merle. It’s one of the first musical memories. I have my father loved him listen to him until the day he died. I knew every word to every Merle Haggard song probably from the time it was six years old, so many times Merle sang me to sleep as well ❤

I used to be in radio and numeral long will for Ben came along. What's always so happy Merle had a happy family in the latter part of his life. God bless all his children. And Bravo to Teresa for being a good and faithful wife to Merle.

Cool to find this, ......we need to see more of Ben and Noel and Marty, ...if they played next year on the CMA awards the crowd would loose it! I think it should be a surprise ....this year Chris Stapleton represented Old Country to me, we still Love love the classic Country songs these Brothers, harmonize so we'll and those guitar's and the violin 👌🏽

Don’t live this song Ben. Jump ahead of your legacy, be just a regular man. Your dad was who he was be your own man. Someday after the money is gone you will be left with just one truth. There was just one merle. Not to put you down because you are great but great don’t cut it anymore. The era of your dad has past and what a shame it has Take what he may have left you, get a job and a round little wife and fall into line with the rest of us. @@marklovorn3758 yeah, I think at least the first part of it is the truth. There won’t be another Merle. I guess some can enjoy it, but those are big shoes to fill...he was an original and can’t be duplicated. Maybe Ben will do his own stuff sooner or later, but he may end up being another a long line of artists kids who live in their parents shadows, for lack of a better term. I’m sure it’s not an easy place to be.

While I don't agree that Merle would be the most proud of Ben if he got a job and a "round little wife" as Orville put it I do think that Orville is a fan and he is entitled to his very important thought provoking opinion. Really appreciate the class Hag fans show even when we all don't exactly agree 100%. Seeing Ben and Noel live is worth double the ticket price to us Hag fans.
