Ben Hamilton: Breakfast with Bob from Taupo 2024

Ben Hamilton, from New Zealand, just finished 6th at Ironman 70.3 Western Australia. Ben was a national road racing cycling champion for under-19s, and then got into triathlon. He has a 5th place finish at 70.3 Taupo in 2023 and a 3rd at Ironman New Zealand in March of this year. All in all, Ben has raced in Taupo five times. We talked about what Ben has learned in his first year as a full-time pro triathlete.
