Agree with you on this one , that the transition move back pushing the left hip back was his secret sauce of this movement. A light bulb will go off if this happens but it isn’t easy to do right or feel.

Hi Chris, I am realizing every movement Mr. Hogan made had a purpose. For example the little pully on left side in. set up is really done by straightening the right leg which pushes the left hip back this gives him the feel he wants as he comes into the ball it also gives him the feel of the left leg which I think, not that he needed it, for me at least helps me focus on “Rotating” around the left side. Any thoughts? Thanks for the great content.
