Ben's insights on real estate are spot on, especially about leveraging debt to get ahead. Just remember, the key to borrowing effectively is having a solid repayment plan and understanding the difference between good debt (that can generate income) and bad debt (that doesn't contribute to your financial goals). Keep that in mind and you'll be golden.

I started watching Ben last year. He's a trip. I bet he and your dad would get along well. He's funny. I disagree with him when he says you don't need a mentor. You need someone to get information and some sort of training from until you can handle it yourself. His Ferrari buddy had to have taught him something before he went off on his own. That knowledge isn't just going to pop into your head the day you meet. Right?

You are better off doing something small on your own than working with 1000 other people. In addition his military experience as well as his mentor helped lanch his career as a real estate investor..min 102. Be a problem solver by working to find the renter and match the renter preference and location.. passion and desire. No passion or desire then most likely you will fail. Thank you Ben!

The lack of control is what makes USA lose to most countries people are lost miserable and suicidal all because people tell them do whatever you want to do Thats why USA failed 50% of people are obese most are depressed financially screwed and miserable all because of no religion, no control, and no government that cares about their people you might behave accordingly but most people dont thats why control is needed lets all move to the middle and enjoy the control.
