I'm so glad you mentioned Reverse Kegels! As a certified sexuality counselor I found that most of my premature ejaculation clients benefited more from Reverse Kegels than regular Kegels. This is because oftentimes PE can be caused by overly tight pelvic floor muscles, so relaxing them is more important than strengthening them in those cases (since solely doing regular Kegels can cause excessive tension, exacerbating PE)

No. There’s 3 kinds of cheating: 1. The only “real” cheating from man to woman, with his wallet. Money & resources are what women value the most in men, it’s not the only thing, but it’s such a must-have baked-in requirement, when it’s allocated away from one woman to another, that’s where it hurts. 2. When the woman isn’t taking care of her man, and rationing it out, using as a weapon, or not engaging at all. This isn’t even cheating anymore, because when the woman isn’t even valuing her man enough to provide to him what is most important & should please them both, she’s given up the right to expect monogamy. 3. You’re going into it with unrealistic expectations: if he’s high value enough, you’re going to share. Granted this is a low percentage of men, but you know he’s got a lot of other women pursuing him, he’s going to do it. You accept it as it’s done with discretion & you’re the chosen one he wants, and you get the benefits that come with it. She’s just variety, and probably doing what you won’t. Theres an old axiom, keep his stomach full & balls empty. Sadly, ya’ll can’t cook & don’t think you need to drink it down (no spitting), and that entitlement & ego is why he gets it elsewhere.

38:06 - When you’re younger (early 20s) & especially inexperienced; I recommend doing what I did - “empty” yourself beforehand. At that age, your refactoring period is short & my performance & her satisfaction increased! Never do so prior to BJs - and never settle for woman who doesn’t swallow.
