Ben is a little flat, but the backing vocals are so off in this. Good lord, it was painful to hear. He's such a great singer he gets all the passes in the world though.

hes very flat in many spots. guy can sing and is a popular broadway performer but this song comes across as very cookie cutter.

Those background singers were absolutely not needed there. They were not in harmony with him. It would put me off as well

I can hear them harmonize with him , but I agree that they really weren’t needed, but they did help fill space on the stage. It’s a big space.
