Both private schooling and *good* home schooling is shown in studies to be just as good and sometit better than public schooling. What's important is WHO'S doing the schooling, and I'm not just eluding to ideology of the parents, private schooling and especially home schooling require more efforts from the parents, they have to do research on private school and they have to do even more work in home schooling, potentially both could solve an issue of archaic public school system but it requires effort and some parents can't be bothered to be good home school teachers or be able to hire good teachers

I do not know what woke children's media is. SpongeBob, well, that was probably the gayest show on air and it wasn't considered woke? I hate Disney anyway, they ate Lucas. But I still think since children's media gives kids access to different cultures, different lifestyles, different ways of thinking and sometimes really heavy topics, I don't know why a kiddo having two same gendered parents is such a big deal. By my understanding, a child sheltered from the existence of something makes it imaginary to them, and you can't really do that with regular people you'd see on the daily. I just don't get the goal, teach kids that gay is just an urban legend?

The point of having normal relationships and couples in childrens' programing is that it's a good thing. That's not to say that having two moms is a bad thing, but having a pair of normal parents is a good thing. It's the values we want to instill in the next generation. Different cultures, lifestyles, ways of thinking, etc.. are all great to have in childrens' shows but there's topics that don't need to be brought up and shouldn't be brought up. An 8 year old girl shouldn't be taught the falsehood that men are paid more or that she'll constantly live her life in an oppressed state. A 9 year old boy shouldn't be taught some people use different pronouns because they're insecure with themselves and who they are. Kids should allowed to be kids and watch television that represents that. There's too many people hyper focused on leeching children away from their parents with deranged political commentary radicalizing them against their family.
