I’ve never seen somebody with such raw talent and ability while also being given such great opportunities to succeed, COMPLETELY refuse to put in the minimal effort needed to be a dominant player on the court. If he had the mindset of Jordan or Kobe, this dude would be lighting it up right now! It’s absolutely unprecedented! He was able to reach the pinnacle of basketball with just God-given talents. All he had to do was show up to practice with the rest of the squad and Work on his jumpshot! I would kill to have that opportunity! But I’m a 5’ 10” white guy so that’s not in my cards. I’m a Sixers fan so I was really invested into him working out and living up to his potential. Like you said, he was one of the few people that was compared to a great player like LeBron James that made sense. Their games weren’t exactly the same, but Ben Simmons had the ability to dominate the league similar to the way LeBron has. Imagine being so good you’re getting compared to LeBron but you’re so lazy that you’re probably not gonna be in the league much longer!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯
