The NBA basically lost 2 generations of fans here in Seattle. Most of us are permanently pissed at the NBA for using Seattle as leverage for concessions from other cities. And they will have to generate interest from the ground up for the most part. It's going to be tough. More importantly they are going to have to deal with getting any city in this area to pony up for a new stadium. It will be political suicide. I just don't see it happening really
