Great Job Ben! Good luck in your training this year, i can't wait to see you compete again! You're a beast and you're very inspiring:) Keep the videos coming because they are a great source of motivation before i'm going to lift some heavy weight!

@AlexMcR16 I like to catch the clean in the fingers, then transfer over to a stronger grip before the jerk.

@shtufff I had knee problems, it's better now. I wear those to keep my knees warm and compressed a bit. They are just Rehband sleeves.

very strong ben is there any set program u follow with your strength wendler or west side barbell or do u just practive with heavy weight?

also your technique is awesome man, for the clean and jerk where does the barbell sit in your hands on the receive and does that differ from when you jerk it?

What knee sleeves/wraps do you use and why? I only ask because I've had a couple knee injuries in the past few months doing Oly lifting. Wondering if they might help at all. Also, you are fast as fuck buddy, keep it up. Why'd you ever take a break from this?
