I am an old Leeds United fan, and off course I would love that Ben White could play next season and all the rest of his career with us. But I don't know if this is feasible. We must accept the fact that it's not up to LUFC to decide his future. I only hope that, if another team, Brighton and Hove Albion or another one that offer more than we can, will not ruin Ben trying him to acquire more mass and muscles. He is so talented, and he can play in such a special way just because of how he is physically. Make him more huge and strong and you will have a slower player. He’s been used by Bielsa a few times in that role, yes, when Kalvin Philips was out. I agree he could be very good there. He didn’t need to typically with Leeds because our system allowed him to move forward anyway. But you’re right - his future could just as easily be CM as CB with the right manager. He’s a future star, no question. We’re gutted to lose him at Leeds but good luck to the lad with Brighton. I hope it works out for him there.
