It’s really interesting seeing different people exploring the same place. Fran and Rich from Floating Our Boat, also did a walk through Leicester and they also raved about the food that they ate. 🙂 The older stone buildings, walls and narrow streets look absolutely beautiful and I’m sure they would inspire your imagination. Oh Benny. Don't suck the syphon tube. Hold one end in the funnel and jiggle the other up and down in the elferflower pot or beer and it will start all by itself. Thanks for a nice vlog and good luck with the lock. Cheers

He doesn't want to disturb the yeast sediment/lees in the bottom. You want as little disturbance in the carboy as possible.

I just saw a documentary on how they found the lost grave of King Richard III under a parking lot in Leicester. Pretty cool you guys were just walking around on what was once a huge battlefield.

Hey guys like the video say hi to Alan for me the nice kitty. I make hard cider in the fall and I use champagne yeast. The whole trick was champagne East is you have to not let it go Full Tilt usually when you use other yeast You Can Let It Go six to seven or eight days champagne four to five and you want to take a sample on the 3rd and 4th day and just taste it if it tastes too dry then you have to put cap on it and put it in the cold ice for at least a day then next day you need to pour through a strainer strain out all the junk and then cap it and stick it someplace really cool below 50° for a couple weeks I usually bottle it by this time and I always add 1/8 of CO2 pellet that creates CO2 in the bottle then I you should put the bottles away for a good 6 months 5 to 6 months and let everything just have its time in the bottle once you open if you open this make sure you open it outside away from people don't point it towards anybody cuz you might get a big cabang but it's really good lots of bubbles if you get it right it won't be too dry it'll be nice and fruity and lots of alcohol right over 12% good apple cider champagne

Plastic bottles for the elderflower champagne every time. Otherwise with glass it’s turns into a bombs. It’s one of the simplest drinks to make yet is the taste of spring. It’s so delicious
