He has already terminated DEI programs that aimed at addressing historical injustices against black & brown people and women. Meritocracy would be fine, if all folks started the race of life from the same point. He has withdrawn the U.S. from WHO and Paris Climate Accord; stopped refugees who had already secured visas and tickets to fly to the U.S. We are bracing for more actions from Mr. Trump.
