Wow Ben!! Epische Aufnahmen 🙌 Oh ja kenn ich auch noch vom Kiten damals, dass sich die Leash immer um einen rumwickelt 😅 Hatte mir deshalb von Mystic früher diese dicke ummantelte Leash mit dieser Wulst drum geholt, die war super und hat nicht eingeschnitten 👍 Mega Video!! TMI Ben :-) it was so funny seeing you hanging out your bathroom! I learnt your lesson today the hard way. I don't ride unhooked - but today my harness popped open so I had to rapidly learn. After crashing the kite fully powered up I realised you have to just hold the chicken loop! If only I had watched this last night!! Any tips for what to do with a harness that has come undone while on the water?! I ditched my board and body dragged back in until I got to shallows. Could not do it while swimming...

Uiiii, that‘s really the hard way 🙈 The same way makes also sense here. Grab the chickenloop with both hands and keep holding onto the chicken loop until the kite dropped. Than grab the harness and release the quickeelease on the bar. Like this you can keep holding the harness until the kite is released and you have time to think again 🙈

Don't use the leash on the back. You can connect to the front, and you will have fewer issues.

Thank you for the input. To me this is not as simple: I totally understand there is pros for the front-variant. But there is also good reasons why one would connect it to the back…

@@tiagorocha78of course: the main reason why I connect it to the back of my harness is that it allows me to ride a shorter leash and still be able to do handlepasses. When the leash is connected to the front, I need about 10cm more leash length what is very annoying after the handlepass when the leash is hanging in between my legs. I think it really depends and what the rider is doing. 1. Bigair (with a very short leash on the front) 2. single handlepasses (with a medium long leash on the back) 3. doubble handlepasses (with a very long leash on the front)

Wenn die Leash vorne am Trapez befestigt ist, dann ist sie nachdem man einen handlepass gemacht hat sehr lang und hängt zwischen den Beinen. Das habe ich immer als stöhrend empfunden…
