Hi Al. Your Maus kit is coming along fine , the 'Gentleman' that you mentioned doesn't like constructive criticism which is why I won't watch him anymore. Its nice to see that you worked out how the barrel fitted so hopefully now you won't have anymore issue's. I have built two Maus's , both by Pegasus. I did one as was at the end of the war and how it is now at the Kubinka tank museum and the other I have done as a 46 'What if'. I enclosed the rear fuel into the rear hull in its own armoured casing. I then used plastic brick card to simulate a type of zimmerit pattern. I then painted it in a red oxide plinter pattern with German dark yellow and black. Creating a splinter shadow pattern. I upgraded the guns calibre as well. I fitted it out with night vision system and biopic sights on the turret. It won first place in my clubs competition. You will love painting the rims on all those wheels. I still have one more in my stash , maybe a late war 'Octopus' pattern paint scheme for that one. The Corsair is coming along nicely , you have done a good job with those wings. Your going to need a steady hand to do those instrument panels with your 'hairy stick'. It looks like a lovely kit. I am currently working on a couple of kits as usual. One is a Vomag with an 88mm gun but I will be fitting it with a telemetre instead. And the other is the Matchbox Diamond T with a Roger's trailer. I am putting a Airfix Matilda on the back of it. It will be in desert camoflage and I am using yours as an inspiration . Anyway a good video my friend. Oh by the way I love these subtitles. You said "Tamiya kit". They said "Tam your kids"? Oh well , modern technology eh. Best wishes.
