I have all of them and the Freek is the best one, as long as it's the G10 version, the Freek with the plastic and rubber handle sucked, I swapped the scales out and it's my carry knife over 80% of the time.

I agree with a lot of what you say here. All of them are modern classics. I got the purple g-mascus Ritter last month. I think the RSK mk1 is one of the best value American made knives. I have been meaning to get the Super Freek, I just get caught up when I want to buy a knife and forget due to how many I want... The Griptillian can come in a variety of materials if you want to pay the price; the Benchmade custom shop is one of the few things I like about Benchmade, besides some of their knives. I have always been surprised that the 940 is the one that is compared to the PM2,since to me, their is no comparison. The Griptillian is such a better knife, in my opinion. Keep makings videos, we need all the good knife content we can get.

I will go ahead and spare you the time stressing over which one of these knives to buy!! The Griptillian is a great option, and will last you for years, but is it on par with the Freak or RSK? The answer is no, but if you want to keep the cost down just a little, it's probably your best option. Benchmade is now doing the Griptillian as a part of their custom shop, so that may also be an option. I have the Freak in CPM-M4 and I have the Ritter/Hogue RSK-MK1 G2. The Benchmade Freak is about $250 for the CPM-M4 model, and about $315 for the CPM-S90V model. You can buy the RSK with beautiful G-Mascus scales for about $190. The RSK has a wonderful drop-point blade in CPM-Magnacut, and it has about a 62hrc average hardness on the blade. The RSK is a KnifeWorks exclusive, and as such, can only be purchases from KnifeWorks, but they do a really good job of keeping them in stock and available. As of me typing this post, KnifeWorks has almost every model availae. In addition, for those of you that enjoy an automatic knife, the RSK Auto is available for about $220. I have both a standard RSK-MK1G2 and the auto version. In my opinion, the RSK represents one of, if not the best values for an all American made knife on the market. With respect to the Benchmade Freak, I think it's just a knife that Benchmade put out hoping that it would reasonably compete with the RSK. The Freak is a good knife, and will also serve you for years, but having owned all three of them, I can say without hesitation, that for the money, the RSK-MK1G2 is the best of the three!!
