Well, we do know that at some point in the Story of the ink machine (before dark revival, of course) Gent corporation had a "Little demon problem of His own" Say'ed by Wilson, AND that problem, was the cause of why they created the signal towers in the first place, (They were made specifically to weaken the ink demon or whoever they had to deal with, during that Time) which has Sense considering the fact that we only had been shown 3 iterations of the Cycle ("Buddy" Boris with batds, "Henry" with batim, and "Audrey" with batr, which by the way, we know for a fact that there's, atleast other 2 iterations of the Cycle (The prototype one from Gent corporation, AND the one who had the old Joey Drew trying to create Audrey in the first place, which by the way Is never addressed what happened to those other prototypes of "Audrey", or how "Henry" was able to survive so long in batim whitout an "Alisson" angel AND "Tom" Boris) (which Is another iteration of "the Cycle" that we didn't know of)

My theory: This could somehow be the 3rd Canonical game in the franchise. At the end of Dark Revival, Audrey says that “Joey’s world is coming into ours” and the post credits scene is of Gent repossessing the Ink Machine and the ritual items from Archgate. So perhaps this game is about the Gent Corporation finally witnessing what Joey did with the machine all those years ago. Seeing all of Joey’s corrupted employees and Gent’s own workers (e.g., Thomas Connor) turned into cartoon abominations. Except the major reset by Audrey that reversed all of Wilson’s meddling (presumably) has now thrown the Cycle into instability. This lines up with some of the steam page’s info on the game.

It seems to be a prequel since we're going to explore the secrets of The Ink Machine so this will probably be a prequel. And The Character standing at the end of the Hallway 4:19 seems to be a prototype of Boris, so maybe we'll be chased by Prototype versions of Bendy, Boris, and Alice.
