You can actually tell which enemy encounter your in by looking at the lighting of all things. For example Alice has very yellow lighting while the butcher gang have a very dark, almost purple lighting. Also you didn’t unlock the Wilson audio log.

I headcanon that this is the "perfect boris" from chapter 3-4 and he escaped and the boris we fight jn bendyland is just a fake, Alice wanted to trick us and hence why shes so egar for you to get to him,and "save him". This is a distraction. But you beating him lead to the other one gettinf a chance to escape. She wouldnt leave the perfect boris to roam around since all the others she killed. Besides if its a perfect boris, then why mutalate it, or risk it being damaged even if she didnt think henry would kill it. We know Boris knows the vent layouts and its possible he did escape and thats why Alice is chasing him, and Sammy knows theres something about him and wants to sacrifce him.
