Was there no simple alternative that could have been found for us to be able to meet this requirement? I believe it's part of their strategy to complicate this process. From my perspective, their goal seems to be to deregister as many Black-owned companies as possible. I understand this may come across as arrogant, but I trust my instincts. Everything related to business, entrepreneurship, and personal success is intertwined, and many people haven't recognized this yet.

Can someone kindly explain why this is required for companies that do not have large assets or turnover rates? Our company only has 3 employees, who are also the only 3 shareholders (natural persons) and their details (address, contact information, IDs) are already submitted to CIPC, our mobile operators, our internet providers and our bank. Our company is struggling to prevent it from going under, we do not have the funds to "money laundering and financing of Terror activities". We do not understand why we have to pay extra R1000 to duplicate the information we have already submitted. We don't pay to FICA our bank accounts or RICA our phone numbers or internet service. Is this an once-off fee or is this an annual fee? The company is 7 years old and the shareholder information has only changed once. We don't see this changing in the next few years unless the company is dissolved. I am genuinely confused here. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Kindly note, Mandate to lodge, is a document on a company's letterhead signed by directors, that states that the person has authority/permission to lodge the application.
