HI I have started to register NPC since August up to now I have not get through to the MOI that I was told I will get it online after payment and filled it, I have paid but know I am stuck to get to MOI . Apparently I have done conversion from one type of a company to another. Remember all the time I make these changes I had to pay CIPC. What I am asking now is CIPC staff to assist us with NPC that we are expected to go and fill in, moreover when we bring our laptops. I think they have to put into consideration that we were never exposed to the business forms therefore we need co-operation from them in this regard.

I am trying to file an AR today 5th November 2024 and I get the msg to file the BO, but the link does not take you there when you click on it. How do you access the BO register ?

Kindly log on to www.cipc.co.za In the right-hand corner click o Transact and navigate to Beneficial Ownership.

Hi. What do you do id it refuses to accept your password for several trial, and indeed you are using the correct password?

Hi my problem is I have tried to do my benefial ownership since the 1st of August 2024 I did register and login but system is off the message say unable to reach site. Can u please help me with that
