The advantage of online learning is that it is partially asynchronous. In addition, students can repeat and review past material and they will have the opportunity to listen a second time. Teachers and students conduct learning processes regardless of geographical location,which creates flexibility on both sides

However, students need to take on a significant level of responsibility and face challenges in terms of discipline and time management. Online learning is great for saving time and repeating lessons multiple times. But without face-to-face interaction, it can be problematic for those who need real-time explanations and technical support.

Online learning can be beneficial for many students, but I prefer traditional learning. Personal contact with the teacher, communication with classmates, school life - it's all so great. I remember when we studied online in 2020, it was boring, my eyes hurt because of spending a lot of time in front of the phone. Mostly, lessons were interrupted due to technical reasons and there was no motivation to study.

The fact that the students are supposedly invisible, makes it clear the most important difficulty of online learning. If you can track their attendance during full-time study, it becomes difficult during an online lesson, because you can't be sure if the student really has problems with the computer or the Internet access or if he is pretending. The real advantage of online learning is distance and time. They don`t need to rush to class, waiting for transport, and also calculate the time of arrival of transport or spend it collecting notebooks in the bag, etc. for the lesson. Students can return to the material that was studied during the online conference, ask a question in a conversation so that everyone understands. They can get acquainted with the materials at any time, in any place and at their own pace, without hurrying after the others. Plus, the age of technology has spawned many communities: online games, online courses, online stores, etc. If you show children that in addition to this, there is an opportunity for self-realization, in getting an education, it can attract them.

In my opinion online learning is more interesting than study off-line. In this video we can see that people’s opinion is different. But I think online learning have many advantages. The biggest difference between online and face-to-face learning is that online students can’t study from anywhere and online learning can offer more flexibility to learners. Online learning has a number of tools such as videos, PDF’s, podcasts, and teachers can use all these tools as part of their lesson plans. For teachers or trainers that had been following traditional means of teaching for the past several years, it may be a little challenging and complicated to be familiar with online learning practices. Actually, I agree with every comment. The reason: sometimes people have personal problems. In this case, the student can watch their lesson online. What I mean by this is that there is no time constraint and one can study a lesson until they understands it. With this situation, online learning is convenient for students. But there is one drawback: there is little opportunity to work with a group

I agree with the benefits shown in the video. Online education is good and has its advantages. For example, the student can study in different locations, review materials easily and at any time, uniform is not required, etc. However, I choose the traditional education system. After going to class, there will be responsibility, the teacher will give feedback on homework. But for a good student, it doesn't matter what kind of education system he has, because he studies with discipline.

Well, now I know the difference between synchronous and asynchronous learning.I agree that in online learning teachers are able to design various courses with kind of methodology so that teachers use teaching methods for inspiring students.I prefer online learning, because teachers or students can interact, communicate, learn/teach at their own pace,as well as review material wherever they are, or whenever they want, also teachers create tasks by using modern technologies so that students will be more interested in learning.

A short review of what I have heard in this video. The main benefit of online learning is that students can review the materials anytime anywhere. Students can go through the materials at their own pace. Flexibility is another important benefit moving to an online space. You can be whenever you want to be and study. It’s very convenient. In online learning, we can design courses with pedagogical approach and provide measure of control to students. It helps motivate them towards a course, but also in terms of insuring and helping them learn better more deeply. Online courses enable access higher education. Online courses allow the use of assistive technology or other technological tools to aid understanding, comprehension, and expression of learning. A big challenge for students is discipline and time management. Because if they fall behind it becomes a challenge to catch up. Another big challenge is a sensory discipline.

It’s really important to know benefits and negative sides of online learning, because nowadays it’s becoming more likely for learners and students. But, actually for me, our traditional education remains the best, especially due to its big influence between teachers and students in the real life (I mean teacher can affect students to be more motivated and can awake their aspiration for knowledge.)

I completely agree with many of the people in the video. Because in online learning, students do not gain deeper knowledge. Since some students cannot attend lessons due to poor internet. Modern technologies have enabled billions of people to learn from the comfort of their homes and this has had a massive impact on education systems. Main reasons for online learning’s rise in popularity, and its benefits, are convenience, affordability, and diversity. Students can go back and revisit material that have covered at anytime, anywhere and possibly any number of times. Turning to the other side of the argument, online learning is a major problem. The reason is students can easily be lazy some time. It’s because online learning doesn’t require a fixed timetable which is compulsory in traditional classroom instruction, therefore, they can study whenever ones want. So they need to take a responsibility and face challenges in terms of discipline and time management. Personally, I believe that the benefits in terms of online learning eventually outweight any negatives.

after watching this video, i realized that i support both sides, online learning and traditional but personally i guess that for me traditional learning is closer, because when a teacher right in front of me, all my attention on him/her, interaction with group mates is really significant, since you are learning communication and communicating with folks in real life is awesome, not through the phone screen and last but not least - time management. It’s easier for me to distribute my day after university, cuz daily trip to the university makes me feel importance of studying, produces discipline

I agree with most of the takes on the video. In my opinion, the online education lacks one very important tool in education - communication face to face. Of course some students can study just as fine without it, but we need to remember that communication is a powerful way of receiving and using knowledge, because a student can receive feedback and fix his mistakes on the go. Also, socialization and collaborating with other students on projects can help students have team work, and form connections, which is so important in the adulthood.

I agree with the benefits shown in the video. Online learning motivates more to study, to search. Which will ultimately help you with assessment tools. But i prefer offline learning. In offline learning, discipline and interaction of students will always remain the main and necessary thing for me. Also a teacher will get a real feedback, as you yourself followed the students during the lesson.

Personally, I would choose the online learning for myself. As mentioned in the video, Online learning is an affordable way to gain knowledge, which requires organization and willpower. It is not limited to the territory - this is an undeniable advantage. Only you choose where to study. Each person has their own rhythm and speed of perception of new information. In online learning, you can always return to the study of the topic, for example, re-watch the video recording of the lesson and consolidate knowledge. But of course, there are also a lot disadvantages by using this format. But in general, I recon it gives you a big motivation to study. (Aigerim S)

I agree with most of the takes on the video. One of the main assets of distant learning is that people can choose how much time they want to dedicate to it and when. They are also allowed to use various computer programs while doing their home tasks. The disadvantage of e-learning, in my opinion, is the absence of group communication. However, I’m sure this is also being fixed. So, if I was asked to choose the type of studying, I would probably go with the one online.

Online learning encourages more learning and exploration. And in online learning, students can save lessons related to their studies on the Zoom and WhatsApp networks, and can view them again. After watching the video, I realized that offline learning is still more suitable for me, there are undoubtedly many multitude formats of online learning, various methods for inspiring students which may really be interested. During distance learning, there was little feedback from students. And after we returned to our usual training format, we still had to catch up. Аnd in truth, as there are many advantages in online learning, there are also enough disadvantages. Firstly, there are no such interactions as if the study were offline. Secondly, it is difficult to fully demonstrate your pedagogical approach.
