It was a nice catchup with David Yeung (Co-Founder of Green Monday, Omnifoods, and Green Common). Our lives crossed paths due to our passion for living a greener and healthier lifestyle. In 2016, I started to be curious to find out why I was always feeling fatigued, unmotivated, and just unhealthy. I started incorporating a more plant-based diet and wanting to see if I'd feel better. After being completely Vegan for 1 month, I felt a change in my mind, energy, and overall health. I used to have major eczema due to stress and lack of sleep. My ezcema all cleared up and touch wood hasn't come back for years now. Because of this personal experience of being aware and choosing Veganism over processed and Junk foods, I must say I am confident that Diet is very important. You are what you eat.
I hope more people become more aware of healthier options and be healthy and strong.

Very very similar experience as yours, and the baby thing is real! I healed from 25 years of chronic severe Psoriasis after only 10 months after going vegan, that was that was 4 years ago! Today, my skin still clear of psoriasis. What’s greater than feeling good right? 🙌🙌🙌

linda, thanks for sharing this. your talks inspire me about my living life and i am the same kind of person who are always interested in healthy topics(eating well, mental wellness...etc). i also find that living in a healthy life makes me happier than before. now i can easily tell the right food to eat that helps myself feeling well. please keep update! love you!

Thanks for sharing, plant-based is not suitable for people living in very north areas like Whitehorse or Yellowknife,not even in Edmonton. Of course, Vancouver is a good place to try, it has the best weather in Canada, and does not suffer the crazy snow in winter.

I've been reading "The China Study Solution" by Thomas Campbell M.D. and "How Not to Diet" by Michael Greger M.D. The recipes recipes recommended in their books are based on ingredients available in USA. Could you or your friend recommend recipe books with ingredients available in the HK? I'm from Malaysia and I think ingredients available in both HK and Malaysia should be pretty similar. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing. It is good to know more and educated about healthy lifestyle, life is like repeating and always eat unhealthy food to keep life going. There is lots of craving unhealthy food in life that you always avoid eating greens. thank you sharing your experience on greens. Like your video as always. Please share more in the near future

If we don’t eat meat to get enough protein, then we are gonna eat so many other plant-based foods to absorb protein, which is not that efficient at all

You are missing some of the major nutrients in clean meat. i have been in this industries for long time and as parents i had to help my son to heal all the food allergies he had including major asthma. same skin issue is what i spent a lot of time in. and i am from GTA Canada. Minerals balance is the key.

Linda, I would like to share my opinions. Your introduction is too long. I expect you could stop speaking at 01:30 (at most) and give the chance to the guest, Mr Yeung. However, you have talked almost for 3 minutes! Plus, you did not address the guest. You just mentioned 'he' (around 0:50). To me, it is impolite. I expect to listen to the sharing of Mr Yeung. I am not saying you cannot share your own points of view, but it is too much. Please let the others speak if they are hosting together. I have watched your several clips and it can be proved. The clip with Miss Gloria Tang is one of the examples. Miss Tang wanted to speak but she stopped at once because she noticed you intended to keep saying. The 23-minute clip was your voice mainly. I did not think Miss Tang is passive. Her gesture shows she wanted to speak. It has no meaning if you invite somebody to be your guest but you do not let them speak. You just bla bla bla all the time. If you think my words are rude to you. Please think you have been rude to your guests. Thank you for your time for reading this message.
