Finally! I put my time into doing my Green Juice Video. I have received so many benefits from drinking home-made nutrient packed juices as my habit. I try to drink at least 3 juices a week. When I'm good, I do 7 days a week. It is really healthy and it's been amazing for my body, mind, and soul. I hope you enjoy it and don't find my video too long. I had a small window of time before picking up my kids to do this. I do hope you find this useful. Wishing every one a lovely, joyful, healthy day!

✚ Green Juice Ingredient and Juicing Order:
Red Apple 🍎: lower high cholesterol and blood pressure, support a healthy immune system
Green Apple 🍏: high in fibre, low in sugar
Carrots 🥕: vitamin K1, potassium, antioxidants, beta carotene
Lemon 🍋: high in calcium, lots of vitamin C, immunity booster
Ginger: immunity booster, prevent bloating
Celery: high water content, immunity booster
Cucumber 🥒: low in calories, good amount of water

Wow! I see a lot of you really enjoying my juicing video. I love making juices. For the pulp, I can put it in my garden as fertilizer. Also, it is best to always drink the juice right away or finish it up as fast as you can. Day by day, the nutrients will get lost little by little but still better than nothing. Also, I love making smoothies as well. I'll show you my smoothie go-to next time. I just wish everyone can pick up this habit and wish everyone healthy, happy, and beautiful.

That is really so hard! It's been a long time since you got married... I started liking you when I was 12 years old, now I'm 23 years old!. Thank you so much for being a part of my life. Every time I see you, maybe your name, maybe in the video, maybe on youtube... The pulp could be used as fertilizer in your garden if you grow your own crop. Just bury it under your soil

其实果汁里面的果糖,反而容易转脂肪,而整个水果里有纤维,纤维反而会稍稍减轻肝的负担,所以直接吃水果比榨汁会更健康

Fresh juice will last between 24 hours and 72 hours depending on the juicer used. Always remember to taste your stored juice before consuming the whole glass to determine if it's still good. Storage of juice for long periods results in loss of the beneficial nutrients which are the reason for juicing. Also too much alkaline vegetables like kale and celery may not be good for people with digestive problems as it may cause more bloating and gas.

Thanks for sharing healthy tips! Can you show us how to shop for a juicer? They are usually pricey and it’s hard to choose for someone who never juiced before.

I think fresh juice should be made with small quantity each time..better to finish it within a day or two to keep it fresh and keep all the nutrients. The other thing is the core or seed from apple, pear are actually mild toxic, so it is not a good idea to blend them in the juice as well.

很多健康飲食營養專家: 还是建议最好是吃新鲜水果/蔬菜🍉🥬,而不是只喝果汁而不吃菓肉。水果里的主要健康成分包括果胶、纤维素、抗氧化的多酚类物质、钾元素、维生素C、胡萝卜素、花青素、有机酸等。而果汁会将水果的纤维、钙和铁等不溶性元素都留在渣子里,那些抗氧化剂维生素C、胡萝卜素等在榨成汁后会迅速被氧化,营养结构会被破坏,营养成分也就所剩无几。

Thanks for sharing! I love your slow-pressed juicer! When i was in Canada I used to have green smoothie using Blendtec blender. I find smoothie more beneficial than juicing because it’s much higher in fiber. The whole veggie goes into the body and cleanse the digestive system. But i guess both juicing and smoothies are superfoods!!!

I think you re right about the fiber. Most fruits have too much fructose that is as bad as sugar if not worse.

Love your version of green juice. My son doesn’t eat veggie or meat, but he is willing to drink juice. I compost the pulp, they are so good for my garden.

Juices can be stored in the fridge for 24-48hrs and up to 72hrs at the absolute most. We suggest when needing to store juices for longer than that, you then need to freeze them. If freezing, it is advisable to not fill them right to the top to allow room for expansion. Leave at least ½ inch at the top.

Amazing veggie juicing…. I have been using the angel juicer for over 6 years…. Indeed I have got all parts for different type of texture And I have try to put less than twenty % in low GI fruit juice with other veggie juice…. Great result with kids meal🥰🥰🥰. Also recommending work on all pesticides and herbicides rinse before juicing 🤩🤩🤩 And I will save up all pulp for my cleansing enzymes culturing for another 100 days

Hello Linda, its best to make fresh juice n consume right away. Storing the juice in frig for 1 week will lost it nutrients effect. 👌🙏🙇‍♀️

Try using the Breville juicer to juice, don’t need to cut so much. With smaller apples, I can put a whole apple in without cutting and it juices really well :)

it's amazing. I tried it before i spent so much money on making few cups of organic juice for my kid and family but it's really not too sustainable. I changed to a blender which keep all the fibre. If you join parent's group online, all parents said it's not a good choice to use juicer but a blender. But your video looks really nice. it's good to have some fresh juice once a while.

I thought apple seeds (contain amygdalin) are toxic especially when they are crushed. Although it does not harm the health of a person with one or two intakes but is still not advisable to consume.

I do recall the news saying that. I think that's for large doses that can cause a toxic reaction. The amount I use is not enough to harm your body. The nutrients in there are quite beneficial I believe.

Hi Linda🤩🤩 Thank you so much for your videos, I like them a lot!!! The first time I saw you is in 護花危情when I was four years old and even for now I still always listen to 最幸福的事lolllll this song is really so good and I even cried a lot by listening the chorus when I was a kid🤣 Because of the song, I have been playing the cello as it is so cool🤩🤩🎻Thank you so much and I am now turning 16 but I still love you so much and will definitely chase all of your upcoming videos!!! When I search for 最幸福的事 on KZbin, I just realise that the last time you sang was almost 9 years ago!!!! Is it possible to listen to it again in the future even though I will definitely cry for this memorable and sad song😭😭 I am pretty sure that it will be a totally different feeling after so so many years!!! One way to make use of the orange/carrot pulp is to add them into muffin, bread, and waffle recipes :)

好似好好, 但疏果不能放長時間超過24 小時, 維他命其他 營養係會流失由你切開 計時, 又長氣, 不實際, 好多慢煮機都可以即榨即飲。

Normally freshly squeezed juice should not be kept for more than 24 hours. Mason jar is a better container choice and you should not leave air in the bottle. Pour the juice to the very top and tightly seal the jar.
