Well, I sneezed three times during this but kept at it. Taking slow inhalations is not as easy as I thought. I have Fall allergies so that was a bit of hindrance as well. Still, I did notice some difference after the meditation. I'll keep at it. Thanks. Glad I found this channel.

Me too I can inhale for barely four seconds. Sometimes I put my finger over one nostril to slow it down. I guess you'd want to choose the nostril that is less stuffed.
