In this NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) session, you will replenish your energy levels by entering a state of low-frequency brain waves. Gosh I felt VERY relaxed during that. Almost like I was asleep. I didn't want to come back / wake up at the end. I can't quite figure out how you achieved that, the music, the soothing voice, the gentle breathing, the mindful focus, sure... But I think it was just sorcery 😅 Thank you 🙏🏻
