Great! I don't need to lose weight, BMI of 20, but wouldn't mind just 5 pounds down. I was 5 pounds less a couple of years ago. I'm an athlete, eat very clean and workout 6-7 days a week. Don't really get why I've gained? (Age hormones maybe?) but I do have stubborn bits of fat on my thighs. Getting lipo to my inner thighs and knees in February. I might just be happy with that. Have had this issue forever! Genetics. Very low body fat, very cut in my upper body. I know I don't need to lose extra scale weight, I really just want it to stay steady at a healthy weight! I've gained 7 pounds in 4 year! Scarey when you don't know why!

Thank you. Been fasting and eating right and already -12# after 5 weeks. Looking to losing more visceral fat overall and enjoy this hyper metabolism stage!
