Very well made video. Motivating , giving clear & on ground reality to aspiring students for PhD India or abroad. You have really improved your skills as educator. Being down to earth & approachable to needy is indeed is great virtue.keep it up 👏👏👏👏

Well raised points, I would also want point out that in many cases the scholars are not paid fellowship on time. Often there are instances where the scholar has been seen to be waiting for 5-6+ months to receive their fellowship. I know no one gets into research for the money, but these kind of issues can get really demotivating at times.

Most of the students from state universities (not very well known).....who definitely have good knowledge about the subjects but they are not even get the chance for having an option for PhD in abroad or from india most of the time....so there is not much point of discussing it but yes one thing I like that u pointed out the positive site of everything and at the last u accept that yes u r saying just the positive vibes....there is nothing much left though .....

See Sourav, either you can find the faults in the system and curse the way things are or try and make them better. Dr. Vishal belonged to a state university but is now doing Postdoc in Europe. Where there is a will, there is a way. Have a look. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jIWbloh9qbmNepo

@@gatechemistry yeah sure..I'm not criticizing and I'm not saying there is no oppourtunity for postdoc abroad, because I saw it happening....but I'm just saying the big picture especially if u want to go to abroad for PhD there is not much chance for state univ guys....I know there will always be example but there are also the connection thing matters that u pointed out that someone knows someone and send them away for better oppourtunity ....but yes I am appreciating that you noticed my comment and considered replying to it....I'm just saying these because I have seen these things and facing ....and I'm sure u know these as well...
