Sir home construction (extension) ke liye lic se 25 L ka loan liya tha property mother ke name chal rahi hai. Loan liability humne (husband wife) li thi and EMI bhi salary account se ja rahi hai tex benefits ke liye kay karna chahiye ...pls

Pl inform if TDS amount is to be deposited by 100% by wife to claim full LTCG or both can partly deposit & Full LTCG can be claimed .

We both are govt servent. We jointly register home and take home loan with join name..as your description we both can get upto 200000 interest and 150000 seperately..Tex deduction..24b and 80c but over department says 50% means 100000 and 75000 to each can be deducted to both.. what's true...

Now I have to buy new property... can i buy house house with my wife. Wife will not contribute any amount. Will it b okay keeping in mind that property sold by me was in my single name... पति और पत्नी मिलकर कभी भी प्रॉपर्टी न लें, तलाक के टाइम में बहुत दिक्कत होती है, जिसके पैसे हैं वह अपने नाम से प्रॉपर्टी ले, वैसे भी पति की कमाई हुई प्रॉपर्टी पर पत्नी का कोई हक नहीं है इसलिए अपने नाम से ही प्रॉपर्टी len, नहीं तो बाद में बहुत पछताना पड़ेगा। यह गलती कभी मत करना। मैं करके पछता रहा हूं।
