Sir i m going to buy a property on joint ownership, and taking home loan jointly as well. As my wife is working in govt sector i have made her first owner and i am co-owner. Now if we both pay 50-50% emi each month against home loan, can i claim full tax benefit (i.e upto 2 lac per year, as our interest /year will be less than 2 lac/year), in a scenario where my wife doesn’t claim any home loan principal/interest benefit.

Sir, Plz aware us bout the solutions of the legal dispute between husband and wife in which husband his wife and husband's mother is co owners. The legal dispute between the husband and wife start after the flat registered agreement. The flat was registered in August 2015but due to some reasons builder could not complete the project and he is ready to refund the paid and registration amount after cancellation of agreement. They r saying that all owner and co owners should be present there in registration office for cancellation. My wife is living with his father since last 4 years and when asked her to come there for cancellation, she is denying for her interest. Even she had not paid a single penny but I I'm offered her to pay her share . The builders is saying that the cancellation agreement will be valid until April 2021 then after it would be cancelled automatically. Sir, what can I do in this situation if wife is denying , plz suggest. Thank you very much🙏

Sir, In section 24, In case of Joint Owners, Total Tax exemption can be availed has limit of 2 lakhs i.e. if joint owners want to share Section 24 Tax Exemption then they are eligible for 1 lakh each making total 2 lakh and not 2 lakh each which take section 24 exemption amount to 4 lakh in total which crosses 2 lakh limit.. Please confirm if you have other thought and provide supporting document. Since I have seen in case of my friend. Who has purchased with in co-ownership of his father and both Uncle and my friend are allowed to take Tax exemption of 1 lakh each. in section 24. But since salary of uncle and my friend is almost same and uncle was also not getting HRA so hetook complete 2 lkh exemption in Section 24 and my friend has left it while filing Investment detail. Waiting for your reply eagerly. With supporting document as I have suggested him your video and he came up with your video but our office finance department has rejected it. I have checked on websites as well , which contradicts your statement.

Sir meri ek problem solve karne me help karen plz....maine Lucknow me ek developer (shine city infra) se plot liya , usne jis plot ki registry ki mere naam pe (at the time of booking the physical location of plot was not identified ,only it was in the tentative map) wo plot ready na ho pane ki wajah se mere force karne pe usne usii township me dusre number ka plot jo ready tha mujhe allot kar diya but registry n chauhaddi purani n wahi rahi according to the previously alloted land. Ab es naye plot ke liye usne ek normal affidavit bana ke de diya aur bola ki puri township land company ki hai to es affidavit se kuch problem nahi hoga n land will be yours. Pehle wale plot ka mutation maine karwa liya tha. Kindly give me some genuine suggestion. Thanks Mujhe yeh janna hai ki is this affidavit is legally valid or not, aur nahi to mujhe kya karna chahiye for future no problem.
