Many of us(IT employees) having multiple bank account because every IT company is tied up with a bank and in my case all those banks are different like most of the IT guys. So my question is that having multiple account is good or bad and do I need to manage all those accounts and if yes then how, because we already have lots of plans like financial security, Recurring deposit, EMI, and etc. . Hello sir Maine Hdfc bank mein home loan apply kiya tha unhone bola tha ki 8.9% interst rate lgega..kuch din pehle unka fon aya ki 10% lgega Maine bola ki sir aap dekh Lo aapne kam bola tha...phir unko jo processing fees ka cheque diya wo debit ho gya Hai.. phir unka fon aata hai ki thoda mushkil hai loan milna..maine bola ki sir cheque toh abhi debit ho gya hai toh bolte hai ki ruko check kr ke btata hu..kya kr sakte hai ye case mein

It seems, in order to avoid a bit complication, property should be purchased/ booked with the clause ..'by survivorship' I e. joint tenancy. In India, the usual term is 'tenancy in common'...
