The LBRP is the most perfect ritual ever written. Magick aside, even as a complex meditation that allows you to conceptualize your experience, to create your microcosm and define it, every morning, and clean it out at night, it is brilliant. And then, the layers of symbolism in each direction allow one to concresce information, facilitating rapid processing...not too mention the obvious utility of training the mind to process things in layers...I could go on. Great description of the most essential tool in the entire Western Occult tradition.

I can attest that you CAN begin to feel moving the light up and down your body physically. I noticed this on my own, I tend to have a hard time moving it up past my knees. With more practice, it becomes easier. For me, that part became so easy I could do it as quickly as you would fill a glass of water from tap! If I stop practicing, it diminishes like muscular atrophy, then I need to start from square one. It usually takes a little while just to be able to feel it again, but it gets easy faster. I was doing LBRP this morning and was wondering if I should be doing LIRP now, then I saw this video in my notifications and had to watch! Thanks for helping out in an unintended way!🧡🧡🧡

Yes! When we stop doing it for a while, we definitely atrophy just like stopping going to the gym. If you know the LBRP front and back and can do the energy work, then you should definitely try doing the LIRP too!

Yes, it is time. Especially since my energy has changed and I'm finally starting to feel better after several years of not. Energy work is good, I feel like I'm going to be sucked through the floor, grounding; and fly to the sky on the upswing! @@theesotericcross

nice clear description, thanks. The more I understand it the more I realise just how much visualisation is required. It becomes clearer and clearer that achieving a clear mind through regular meditation is a must if I want to have the powers of visualisation required for full effect. I can visualise a flaming pentagram but holding it there whilst visualising the next one gets harder and harder as I build it up. Practice practice practice!

I stumbled across a variation where the LIRP was performed in deosil & LBRP in widdershins. For the latter, the archangels were also omitted. What are your thoughts on this?

There are different versions. I would try what makes sense to you. Try out different things and see what works best for you and gives you results. I can understand doing it counterclockwise for the LBRP because that signifies moving energy away from you, where as clockwise is pulling energy in. But I do all of mine clockwise to signify the movement through the seasons. I always do the archangels. Try out different things and see what gives you results!

loved your video....but the Letter ט in אטה....is incorect. It should be אתה. And the same in Malchut...מלכות. this is how the words is written corectly.

Yes! They are more intended to be Hebrew. But there are other versions.

God is within you. The Bible can provide wisdom, but it can't tell the people who have felt God through magic that their feeling is wrong. You can't know whether you should or shouldn't do something for sure until you try it first.

@@gabrielmoreno3027 If the heart is deceitful, how can we trust it to know we should follow Christianity as opposed to any other belief system? You can perceive the effects of cocaine on others and conclude that it's probably a bad idea, but you can't perceive spiritual oneness unless you see it for yourself. If that happens to come through magic, then so what? Prayers are a form of magic and Christianity is okay with those.

Yes the LBRP or even the LBRH can do this. If you perform the LBRP daily then this will provide constant protection!

LBRP will cleanse your "aura", LIRP will fill the vacuum left behind light. But 2bh curses are only as powerful as your level of belief in them. Believe they don't work, and they won't. If you're interested, read Mental Poisoning by Manley P Hall. IMO the idea of curses/hexes stem from fear mongering by mainstream religions.
