You train at the store you will be working at. You’re technically a target employee if you work at a target Starbucks, your not technically a Starbucks employee

Technically, you are supposed to only do it before your shift, on breaks and after your shift and walk around to the front of the POS and have another customer ring you out. Not saying that’s how it works all the time 😂 depending on the time of day, you might be able to make your own drink after it has been rung in, but you’re not supposed to

I haven’t worked for Starbucks in a couple years. I’m not 100% sure about benefits specifically for transgender individuals, you’d likely have to ask them. I was not informed about any specifically, that doesn’t mean they don’t have them though! We could get a drink during our shift and after for free. We could drink them on breaks and if we had a second to drink something.
