Way too inconsistent of a player. Needs to develop. Could be a Jalen Hurts type guy where he sits for a year and spends some time developing, cause the talent is there, but he hasn't really developed much over the 5 years he's started at the collegiate level. His arm talent is also not at the same level of Beck, Ewers, and Sanders, which is going to bump him down a tier regardless. Still like him, and will be interested in where he ends up, but he's not QB1 level lol. Though, it is a weaker class, anything is possible.

The talks about Shedeur and his character being a problem is not a thing and if you're close to the Colorado program you know that. The amount of media coverage is a double edge sword. In 2023 he got sacked 52 times and never once did he say something about his teammates/OL. He makes one slight comment this year after getting screamed at all game long and suddenly there is an issue. The OL was horrid at Nebraska and there was a ton of self reflection and adjustments made heading into CSU (Gave up 1 sack for 3 yards). I guarantee if Shedeur plays well the rest of the year he will be taken in the first round and any negative questions about his character will stem directly from the media and those that have a vendetta against Colorado, not the individuals the NFL franchises will interview in the interest of him.
