Bank and owner will be one let us take for eg 5 cr property will be auctioned to a known person using all the loopoles for 2 cr 10 lakhs commission would be taken rest Black money would be given to owner. What will the tenants get. Criminal offence in a smart way so it becomes civil case. Moral:- Bank makes money owner makes money but tents who will be from middle class and lower middle class will be cheated. During auction transparency should be maintained and proper records and someone should be there to question them then only this issue will get resolved.

If they made Registrstion of lease agreement, these tenents have some say...Otherwise, nothing. Only owner is respondible for their money. Banks have nil liability.

We used to take house on lease when only my father was working but my mother asked a owners to show proof house is in whose name and any loan on house. One owner said the house worth more than 75 lakh we will not lose our property to bank , we never paid any advance, before lease check for is there any hypothication, if so do not take ,if no loan register the lease then no bank can vacte u.

Similar to this many are also stuck with house construction companies and nobody is there to help them. Cendrol which is a house construction company in JP Nagar, Bangalore. Advance amounts are not returned. Don't know whom to approach and who from Govt can help

Why not, bank should check when they visit the property and check with owner if they have leased the property.also they can put a board, on property that the bank has mortigaged the property. Hor example if you buy a vehicle on loan, they will mention the same in vehicle rc book. Similar thing can be done on property.

Here it seems owner has taken construction loan frst then leased out the property. In that case bank has the frst right. They should have obatined NOC from bank before entering into lease transaction.

#506 17th cross J P Nagar 6th phase Bangalore 78 it's been more then 2 years all belongs are inside the house no money no house. Case is in court FIR number 337/2022 Their state will be worst then street dogs it's self experience. No one will help in this situation. In our case since house owner was very close to politicians even media did not come.

@Raju-c3f8t Inspite of high court orders they didnot give and they have not followed RBI guidelines case is going on from 2 years it should end max within 2 months our Advocate is capable of getting us Justice. Summary: Time waste, our life is spoiled and we have got lot of threat it's not as easy as you have said because SOME political people are supporting without our mistake we have to suffer 2 long years is not short time for lower middle class where we don't get proper time to spend time with family because of our job is this unwanted headache is needed.
