Grant. I've been a fan for a long while now. I really enjoy your golf with Wes & George. A while back, during the beginning of the major cut series I felt your pain as you struggled to keep up. I text back thatI believed it was the difference in driving distance between you and the brothers(like 30-60 yards on average) was the issue. Wes & George were consistently able to reach par 5s in 2 and have scoring irons when you had 5 & 4 irons. I commented that zi really thought you needed to work on swing speed and up the driver. Well. I've noticed a HUGE difference lately. Your WAY longer and trying to work a fade, which was basically not in your bag before. I'm certainly not claiming credit. However, it pretty obviously was spot on. Lately, you & your playing partners have been commenting that you've been playing the best golf of your life. From my POV, you are & it's directly related to your improved distance + accuracy. Awesome work. You're a GOAT in KZbin golf. Killing it!!!

"Pre-cocking" the top of the left wrist during setup to promote accuracy. At setup, the top edges (which are also the inside edges) of the wrists can be either arched up, neutrally straight, or slightly cupped (ie. forming a "v" between the hands and the forearms.) If the wrists at setup are arched up, extra action and movement are needed to cock the wrists during the backswing. If the wrists during setup are cupped forming a "v", less to no conscious further cocking of the wrists are needed during the backswing. By thus, reducing to even eliminating cocking of the wrist during the backswing, accuracy is promoted with the pre-cocking of the cupped (ie. "v" shaped) wrists at setup.

One thing I’ve learned is when you play a sport as a kid and if that person achieves the highest levels, a lot of times that person has their own way of completing the motion.
