Don’t forget the brand new and entirely redesigned Chevrolet Tahoe, GMC Yukon, and Cadillac Escalade will be revealed soon which is what will actually compete with these trucks here. I like them both. The lincoln is a little bit more plush and the suspension is better except for the platinum trim in the ford. I have a 2016 Navigator. I bought it instead of the expedition for that reason. I will say the seats in the lincoln wear more due to their soft texture. If you have a lot of usage and kids might consider the expedition. I just liked the ride and feel in the navigator. Many upgrades from the 2016 model. Some are not changed very much. The interior is completely redesigned. Sync 3 is good connecting with the phone. I use android auto anyway. They do not have the carplay or android auto wireless broadcast stereo. Expedition rides more like a truck. I compared to gm product. More leg room in the third row in the ford product

I am NOT loyal to a brand. In addition to my Navigator I own a Lexus, Corvette, Honda, and a Mazda. But my Navigator is my oldest vehicle and it's been absolutely great which is why I still own it!

It's more likely that you could get the Navigator for around 80K and the Ford for 70K if you know what you are doing and with the pandemic pricing. The Ford is overpriced as usual. The high pricing doesn't seem to increase their share price.

I bought a platinum expedition max a few weeks ago and the only difference i seen was the touchscreens and a few horsepower in the highest end packages vs the navigator. These two models shown are not good comparisons. I paid $30,000 less then the navi at my local dealer for my platinum edition.

Have rented and driven both for periods of time. The Navigator is much quieter overall. That is something that is not reviewed...the actual driving. There is a lot more engine noise in the Expedition. Both are nice vehicles, but styling isn't the only difference where Lincoln has the edge. The motors are different. Both have tons of power but the edge definitely goes to the Lincoln. I've always driven V-8 trucks. I won't even pause before selecting that Raptor engine. And I've always been a Chevy girl both with my truck and Suburban, but the independent suspension (which is also not discussed), there is an edge to the Ford and Lincoln. Highway 1 and the Mendocino coastline is a challenge. These stick and respond to the curves more than a Suburban which still has that uni suspension (just an FYI).

I just came out of a 2017 ford explorer and back in December I leased a 2019 expedition on a model year end deal. I leased the Limited Stealth in a similar blue to the navigator in this video. I really love it I went with the bench for more seating even though i really love captain chairs I need a car seat so I made the smart decision. I was able to keep the lease price in the 700s with nothing down except taxes and I gotta say I really love it. That being said of course the Navigator is gonna be better. Its the same car with everything stepped up. Honestly its my dream car especially in that blue. Unfortunately the lease price on that bad boy is in the 900s to 1000 a month. Maybe in a few years but right now I gotta say I'm really happy with the expedition.

I just meant that specifically (and not compared to anything) the rear of the Navigator is hideous. Also we love my wife's new Expedition XLT. Now if money was no issue, I would indeed buy a fully loaded Expedition Platinum/King Ranch over a Navigator. IF I HAD to choose one or the other. The rear of the Navigator is THAT ugly.
